The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
northeastern Dickey County in southeast North Dakota... 

* until 500 PM CDT 

* at 431 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar was tracking 
a confirmed tornado near Oakes...or 51 miles south of Valley City. 
Doppler radar showed this tornado moving southeast at 40 mph. 

* Locations impacted include... 
Oakes.
