The National Weather Service in Hastings has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
northeastern Franklin County in south central Nebraska... 
northwestern Webster County in south central Nebraska... 

* until 1000 PM CDT 

* at 924 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. This dangerous 
storm was located 6 miles southeast of Upland...or 31 miles 
southeast of Holdrege...and moving southeast at 5 mph. 

* Locations impacted include... 
Campbell...rural northeast Franklin County.
