* at 843 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. This dangerous
storm was located 6 miles northwest of Osceola...or 18 miles
southwest of Columbus...and moving south at 30 mph.

* Locations impacted include...
