Update, Monday 2:01pm - The majority of power has been restored.  If your individual residence or business is still without power, please contact the Police Dept at 937-667-3112 to report the outage.   Please do not call to check the status of restoration, crews will continue to work on restoring power as quickly as possible. Saturday evening's storm event event has caused downed trees and electric outages throughout the City.  City crews are aware of the situation and have been working to clear roadways and restore power since 1:00 am.  County Road 25A remains closed between Floral Acres and Kessler Cowelsville near Meijer distribution Center due to downed cable and phone lines in the roadway.   Mutual aid crews from adjacent communities are assisting in the restoration effort to get streets cleared and power restored as quickly as possible.  For your own safety avoid any downed power lines.  Be cautious when driving because some traffic signals are out and there are trees and debris in the roadway.  Further updates will be provided as they become available.  Thank you.
