The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
northeastern Smith County in central Mississippi...

* until 1115 PM CDT

* at 1040 PM CDT...National Weather Service meteorologists detected a
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 7 miles
southeast of Pineville moving north at 30 mph.

* The tornado will otherwise remain over mainly rural areas of the
indicated County.
