Iredell County in the Piedmont of North Carolina...
this includes the city of Statesville...
northwestern Rowan County in the Piedmont of North Carolina...

* until 245 PM EDT

* at 207 PM EDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 5 miles south of
Troutman...or 11 miles south of Statesville...moving northeast at
35 mph.
