The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
southern Morris County in east central Kansas... 

* until 830 PM CST 

* at 753 PM CST...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm with strong rotation capable of producing a 
tornado. This severe storm was located 9 miles southwest of 
Burdick...or 15 miles south of Herington...moving northeast at 55 
mph.
