The National Weather Service in Knoxville-Tri Cities has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
Russell County in southwest Virginia 
north central Washington County in southwest Virginia 

* until 700 PM EST 

* at 624 PM EST...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado near 
Cleveland...moving east at 45 mph. 

* Other locations in the warning include but are not limited to 
Lebanon.
