...A Tornado Warning remains in effect for southern Cumberland... 
southeastern white and northern Van Buren counties until 645 PM 
CST... 

At 554 PM CST...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. This dangerous 
storm was located near Spencer...moving east at 55 mph. 

This dangerous storm will affect mainly rural areas of northern Van 
Buren...southeastern white and southern Cumberland counties... 
including the following locations Crab Orchard.
