The National Weather Service in New Orleans has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
northern Pearl River County in southern Mississippi... 
this includes the city of Poplarville... 

* until 130 PM CST 

* at 1224 PM CST...National Weather Service meteorologists detected a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 6 miles 
southwest of Crossroads...or 6 miles southeast of Bogalusa...moving 
northeast at 40 mph. 

* The tornado will otherwise remain over mainly rural areas of the 
indicated County.
