extreme southeastern Beckham County in west central Oklahoma... 
extreme north central Greer County in southwestern Oklahoma... 

* until 800 PM CDT 

* at 724 PM CDT...National Weather Service radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. This dangerous 
storm was located near Willow...moving northeast at 25 mph. 

* Locations impacted include... 
Carter and Willow.
