The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
west central Atascosa County... 
east central Frio County... 

* until 900 PM CDT. 

* At 806 PM CDT...NWS meteorologists have detected a severe 
thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 6 miles southwest of 
Goldfinch...or about 10 miles southeast of Pearsall...moving east 
at 15 mph. 

* Some locations in the warning include Charlotte.
