The National Weather Service in Austin San Antonio has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
northeastern Edwards County... 

* until 600 PM CDT. 

* At 513 PM CDT...NWS meteorologists have detected a severe 
thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 7 miles northwest of 
Rocksprings...moving northeast at 40 mph. 

* Some locations in the warning include devils sinkhole state natural 
area.
