The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
northeastern Vermilion County in east central Illinois... 

* until 600 PM CDT. 

* At 519 PM CDT...National Weather Service meteorologists detected a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. This dangerous 
storm was located near Hoopeston...or 22 miles east of Paxton...and 
moving east at 25 mph. 

* Locations impacted include... 
Hoopeston.
