northwestern Duval County in south central Texas... 
southwestern McMullen County in south central Texas... 
east central Webb County in south central Texas... 

* until 730 PM CDT 

* at 643 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated 
a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado over east 
central Webb County...or 16 miles west of Freer...moving east at 
15 mph. 

* Locations impacted include...
