central Webb County in south central Texas... 

* until 815 PM CDT 

* at 728 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado near 
Callaghan...or 12 miles south of Encinal...moving east at 30 mph. 

* Locations impacted include... 
rural central Webb County... 
rural eastern Webb County...
