northern La Salle County in south central Texas... 

* until 815 PM CDT 

* at 732 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 7 miles 
northwest of Woodward...or 12 miles west of Dilley...moving east at 
35 mph. 

* Locations impacted include...
