The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
central Loup County in north central Nebraska... 

* until 600 PM CDT 

* at 521 PM CDT...trained weather spotters reported a funnel cloud 
near Almeria...or 12 miles northwest of Taylor. A tornado may 
develop at any time. Doppler radar showed this dangerous storm 
moving east at 10 mph. 

* Locations impacted include... 
mainly rural areas of central Loup County.
