The National Weather Service in Grand Forks has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
southwestern Kittson County in northwest Minnesota... 
western Marshall County in northwest Minnesota... 
southeastern Pembina County in northeast North Dakota... 
northeastern Walsh County in northeast North Dakota... 

* until 700 PM CDT 

* at 609 PM CDT...storm spotters observed and National Weather 
Service Doppler radar indicated a tornado. The dangerous storm was 
located near Drayton...or 15 miles northeast of Grafton. Radar 
showed the tornado was moving to the southeast at 25 mph.
