Winds have been sustained out of the North at 25-35 Miles per hour gusting to nearly 50 MPH at times with temps near 15 degrees, making the windchill well below zero for those people stranded outside of their cars. City of Loveland Transit has been busing people to nearby Johnson's Corner Truck Stop to stay warm. by
