Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected on Wednesday across south central and southeast Kansas. The greatest risk for severe weather is expected to occur along a surface front which will creep into southeast Kansas. Damaging winds, large hail and even a tornado will be possible along this boundary across southeast Kansas during the late afternoon and early evening.
