The National Weather Service in Little Rock has issued a 

* Tornado Warning for... 
central Saline County in central Arkansas... 
west central Pulaski County in central Arkansas... 

* until 830 PM CDT 

* at 754 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. This severe 
storm was located 2 miles northeast of lake Balboa...or 3 miles 
east of Hot Springs Village. Doppler radar showed this severe storm 
moving east at 30 mph. 

* Locations in the path of this dangerous storm include..
