southwestern Kearny County in southwest Kansas... 

* until 745 PM CDT 

* at 717 PM CDT...a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
tornado was located 12 miles northwest of Ulysses...and moving 
northeast at 20 mph. 

Hazard...developing tornado and ping pong Ball size hail.
