* at 950 PM EDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a 
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado. The storm 
containing the possible tornado was near Scandia...moving east at 
30 mph. 

* Locations included in the warning... 
Bradford and Scandia.
