southwestern Sedgwick County in northeast Colorado... 
northwestern Phillips County in northeast Colorado... 

* until 715 PM MDT 

* at 625 PM MDT...a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
tornado was located 7 miles north of Haxtun...or 21 miles northwest 
of Holyoke...moving northeast at 10 mph. 

Hazard...developing tornado.
