southern Cedar County in southwest Missouri... 

* until 730 PM CDT 

* at 642 PM CDT...a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
tornado was located 19 miles west of Stockton...and moving east at 
35 mph. 

Hazard...developing tornado and Golf Ball size hail.
