Another storm will bring rain, heavy mountain snow and strong southerly winds again starting Sunday afternoon. The strongest winds are expected for the coast and northern interior areas, and the winds can damage trees and limbs, and cause scattered power outages. The mountains could see 1 to 3 feet of total snow by Monday. Traveling conditions will be hazardous in the passes, and avalanches in some back country areas are possible. Heavy rain could cause localized urban flooding and landslides, with flooding on the Skokomish River in Mason county possible.
