extreme east central Mora County in northeast New Mexico

* until 330 PM MDT

* at 244 PM MDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a
severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado near Roy...or
about 18 miles northwest of Mosquero...moving southeast at 10 mph.
